Yesterday was bad. Today was better. I need to watch my night time eatting. I am getting back into some bad habits. Today I was off work and it's amazing the difference between my working and non working days.
Monday: 2359 calories, 207 deficit, 40 minutes Tae Bo
Tuesday: 1367 calories, 1420 deficit, 40 minutes Cardio, 15 mintues weights
