My scale isnt moving so I started a fasting cleanse today and will try that for a week or so then come back see ya then.

Looker good luck with the fast. Stay healthy!

Yesterday was bad. Today was better. I need to watch my night time eatting. I am getting back into some bad habits. Today I was off work and it's amazing the difference between my working and non working days.

Monday: 2359 calories, 207 deficit, 40 minutes Tae Bo
Tuesday: 1367 calories, 1420 deficit, 40 minutes Cardio, 15 mintues weights

Thanks Val, Im doing very well 2 days with no food and I feel great. I dont know what has happened to me but I have so much willpower that I havent had before. This 5 weeks of dieting calorie counting and now fasting is doing wonders for my self control. See you soon hopefully alot lighter. I gained 4lbs during my period which decided to stay but Im down 4lbs in the last 2 days so Im right back on track Im hoping to fast to 170 or 175 not sure yet. Dont worry Im getting calories in through liquid Im not starving myself, I could never do a full on water fast Im not Jesus

I came home from work sick today and didn't get my exercise in.

Still feeling a bit under the weather. Yesterday was bad. I didn't exercise and ordered mexican delivery. I'm feeling a bit better today but took work off.

Friday: 2443 calories, 95 surplus
