I've been trying to get between 1200 and 1500 calories daily, but the last 2 days I found myself going closer to 1800-1900, and I immediately dropped 2lbs this morning.Do you think there's any connection between upping my calories and the weight loss, or just a coincidence? I'm hoping that maybe my body really needs those extra calories and so giving it that little extra helped it along. Wishful thinking?
