Since I really don't feel like going to the store after a 10 hour work day and a piano lesson...I'm going to make some chili with sausage and tons of beans and tomatos. Also thinking a side of brussel sprouts. Maybe some cheese? I have approximately 700 calories I can spend on dinner, so yeh, definitely some cheese

Last night: big salad, cooked zucchini, and pizza made on low-calorie, whole-grain tortillas with red-pepper feta spread, local goat cheese, and mozzerella. Delicious!

I had a chicken burrito from Qdoba. It was insanely hard to work that into my calories but totally worth it.

Red wine (at least a bottle). And beer (1). And white wine (1).

Makes no difference to calorific intake, as long as you do not eat with it. Trust me.

Yesteday I had a little less than 3oz of chicken breast (Skinless and boneless which is only 120-130 calories) with seasoning that my mom made. SO WORTH IT! Don't worry I cut the calories from today.

Today I am having mashed cauliflower with cheese.
