  • Quote: More plain tortillas I am sorry but they are really good and low calorie lol
    That made me chuckle!
  • Grilled chicken with a dry rub, (weight watchers recipe) tater tots, and blueberry Greek yogurt.
  • Okay I treated myself-I had a small real fruit strawberry slush from Sonic. SO GOOD. And it wasn't too many calories.
  • Roasted porkloin (and somehow I manage to make it juicy and moist!!) with bacon and pineapple crust, potatoes/onions/peppers/carrots roasted along side with the pork. Served with mango and peach salsa.
  • Broccoli Cheese and Potato soup and some crackers. The soup is amazing!
  • Beer.
  • A couple servings of white cheddar popcorn.
  • Bacon and bleu cheese hamburger, velveeta cheese shells with broccoli/carrots and baked beans.
  • Grilled chicken with marinade, asparagus with garlic and olive oil, and apple cinnamon Greek yogurt.
  • chicken adobo that's been in the slow cooker all day with carrots and steamed rice.

I'm stuck trying to figure out what to make for lunch
  • Grilled chicken breast Parmesan with whole grain penne and canned tomatoes from our garden. Angel food cake for dessert.
  • Jambalaya!! With sausages and chicken. -- I make it healthy with brown rice, peppers, onions and home canned tomatoes. YUMM-O!!

360 cal per serving; I still have room for dessert!
  • Beer.
  • Ian I was born and raised in Finland...vodka is our national drink and runs in our veins....so from now on, I will skip dinner and drink vodka!
