bowtie pasta with slices of grilled turkey sausage, lite alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, green beans, spinach, and edamame. Oh and fresh tomatoes on top with tons of crushed red pepper. Only 2oz of pasta but with all my additions it makes a HUGE serving

I love reading what everyone's eating! Tonight is a stir fry of mushrooms, three colours of bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes, 1/2 cup white beans, and 1/2 cup cous cous with 2 tablespoons of thai peanut sauce (out of a bottle, because I've never found a homemade one that is low-cal) and a ton of sriracha. With home-popped popcorn and cinnamon for dessert!

I told DH to stop at the grocery store on the way home--ribeye, baked potato, fresh salad.

Mexican-ish pork tenderloin salad with black beans, cilantro lemon-lime brown rice, corn, bit of crushed lime tortilla chips, bit of cheese and some greek yogurt on top. Yum but I forgot bell peppers.

A bagel with cream cheese... not a healthy choice but I was starving when I opted for the carby deliciousness. I haven't eaten anything else though.
