Down 2 and I gave the last of the birthday sweets away yesterday. I killed the fitbit so I guess that part of my goal is over but I think I will meet my see 171 on the scale goal.

I'm having a stall already and it's only been 5 weeks. No loss the last two weeks. This last week I tried not adding in my exercise cals and I thought I'd see better results but didn't.

Now, I guess it's time to lower calories. I've been ranging mostly around 1500 and then a couple high days of 2200 (friday and saturday), along with five exercise classes a week and nursing my toddler.

I hate to go lower with nursing but I'm not losing so we'll see. I have a 4 day hotel stay this week. That's going to be tough! There is a Subway close by.

Oh darn, a yucky stall! Sorry!

I truly hate for you to cut calories any lower since you're still nursing. Perhaps you have a big loss coming, at least I hope so! Cool Beans on that Subway. If you have to have a fast meal out Subway is a pretty good choice!

Thank you. I think it's because I'm super sedentary outside of my hour of exercise. Me and my baby sitting on the couch, me and my baby taking a nap...ha!

Hi eatmorecelery, that's so sweet of you to check on me! I have been sooo naughty.... I've put 5 pounds back on I've not been around on the boards much. I won't go into all the reasons why because they are just silly excuses. I'm 100% back on plan today though so I'll be all over this thread!! Lol!! How is everyone else doing? It looks like you're all doing really well!!

Glad you came to your senses and got back to work!!

Today in the grocery store I made a point of smiling at every overweight person I ran into. I guess it's silly but I feel much empathy for everyone who has had extra pounds sneak up and bite them in the butt.

Someday maybe I'll start a support group in my little town.

Anyhoo, my life is crazy at the moment but my diet is under control!

yes, I don't know what was wrong with me! then I all of a sudden realized that my deadline will come whether or not I lose weight, so I might as well lose it. plus, I've set up for some pretty awesome mini goal rewards so that should help!

How is everyone else doing? I think I'm almost done with the sugar cravings. I usually get them at night but I have found that drinking some coffee with creamer takes care of it completely. Before, I would send my hubby out for a Blizzard at 9:30 at night... so bad... Sorry for rambling, this is just my outlet. I hope you all have a good rest of the day.
