yesterday was a total free-for-all eating day. this always happens to me when I reach a new weight low
omg, me too! Why is that? Like we work so freaking hard to get the weight off, the hard work finally pays off and . . . we eat to celebrate all our freaking hard work to get the weight off!
The scale - which was frozen at 157 for the entire month of March - eeked down to 156 then down to 155 this past Saturday morning. I then proceeded to eat 2,000 cals on Saturday. I managed to reel it back in to 1500 yesterday and am totally OP today, but . . . still.

b: coffee, kashi cereal (not much and it was stale), milk, some chex mix - 400
l: leftover grilled chicken and roasted potatoes and carrots - 400

Total: 1500-1600 Hmmmm, I was aiming to be at no more than 1400 at the end of the day.

Day 2 of sitting on my FAT ar$e!
I'm have surgery to remove this ingrown toenail tomorrow @ 11am.
I can't believe this is happening a week before the race--I have NEVER had an ingrown toenail and didn't trim my nail last week.
I merely cleaned the dirt out from under the nail bed!
I have pretty much ate everything today

K9 --- hope your toenail surgery goes smoothly and that you recover to race on Sat. I've had them before and always dumped lots and lots of peroxide on it several times/day for several days and it usually cleared it up, then I'd cut the ingrown nail part out.

I forgot to post yesterday. Stayed OP and came in @1400-1500 cals.
Did a moronically stupid thing last night . . . forgot a big plastic container full of chex mix was sitting in the oven, heated the oven to 425 and 30 seconds before the pre-heat temp was reached I realized it was in there. omG! The smoke, smell and mess . . .all in a two month old oven. Got most of it cleaned/scrapped/scrubbed off - still have to scrub the racks - then either do a self-clean cycle or just heat the oven up for I don't know, an hour? or so ... to make sure everything is gone. Hope inhaling that smoke doesn't do something weird to me. My throat is stingy after exercising and I was coughing as well (I never do that from exercise). But I did do a BodyRocktv workout and it really had me breathing hard. Hopefully what I'm feeling is just from the exercise and possible allergies.
