Back to counting!!! Yay!!! Today's is Friday and my official weight in says.... 151.8 .... So 3 days of only eating apples didn't do much, but 2 days of overeating made a lot of damage!!!

No more "detox" for me!!!

K9Owner: it was great while I was eating the apples, yes, you do get tired of them but they make you feel sooo good!! The olive oil... Not so much! I ended up throwing it up 4 hours later, made me feel really yuki and disgusting!!! I did eat a toast after that because I was starving!!!
Weight wise, only good if you want to fit into a special dress... I didn't go down as much as I want it but I guess Easter and that binge on Monday really hurt my weight loss! So no more binging!!!

so far so good! it's almost like eating breakfast makes me hungrier?? It's 10:30 almost, and I have no hunger pangs...usually I'm starving

Hi all a quick check in. The scale was kind to me this morning, but I'm expecting its a kinda fluky flictuation to be so low. Part of the learning curve of daily weighing .
Weight :177.6 (I've decided to keep monday "official" and only change my ticker then)

Well its saturday and I have no plan for eating. Beyond tracking as I go and staying in the calorie goal. I know this is dangerous but DH and I rarely have any plan before the day gets underway. So I suppose this weekend will be a test in my ability to fly by the seat of my pants and still make it a success. One thing is for certain. I will track EVERYTHING!

Breakfast- Tully's 16 oz salted caramel mocha 180*, extra large egg 80, dave's killer bread light 65, sweet potato whole small 188g 162, 1 tsp butter 34, 1.5 tsp olive oil60-581 cals

*This is th eonly calorie count I found for this but seems pretty low for how tasty and rich it was! I feel maybe I should figure at leats an extra 50 cals??*

Friday's Exercise was much more like it, but my cals were still high, b/c we had fast food for breakfast and catfish for dinner….. story of my life!

Friday's Damage Report
Egg Cheese McMuffin, Sweet Potato Tots, Fiber Bar, Coffee: 750
Chicken Caesar Wrap, PB Greek Yogurt: 585
Catfish, Hushpuppies, Slaw, Green Beans, Crabcake: ~684
Ice Cream: 200
Total: 2219
Sodium: 4094

K9 Hike + Tennis: 542
Water: 72 oz

Today-Monday, I am doing the apple thing--or attempting it. I am going to add 3 servings of Triple Nuts (Raw Pecans, Roasted Pistachios, & Raw Almonds) per day. It is probably going against the whole concept, but I'll survive. I have to have a little protein & certainly this will not kill me. Although, I wish I had raw pistachios as well, b/c the roasted ones has sodium in them and that is what I am trying to eliminate! But I say, 160g of sodium from a few nuts is a heck of alot better than the 4100g I ate yesterday!

Happi Weekend to all!!

Hovering at 166 today! I think it's more like 166.5...but this time next week I should be at 165 if I stay on track.

I'm also starting to take fish oil & calcium supplements, hopefully that helps.

Not much going on today, but I am going to all you can eat sushi tonight D:

K9- good luck on the apple thing. Fill us in on what you think. I considered trying it but DH said he thinks I'm crazy to want too. Maybe later on. I should probably keep focusig on what I'm doing now since I'm fairly recently started.
Summerlove- Dang girl! You seem to just be shrinking away. Awesome!

Hi everyone. Hope the week is treating you ladies all well. I a, going to be outta town on a little camping trip and therefore may not be checking in everyday. But I assure you I will be tracking everything! We leave crazy early tomorrow and I just finished work and then packing. I'm exhausted and am going to be lazy and just fill in totals for the last two days. I have been on the higher end, but with my race next saturday I am planning to hit right around 2000 to aide in restoring glycogen and insuring lots of good energy from healthy carbs for the race, and I'll watch my macronutirents through this next week. Also I plan to weigh in the morning, but wont be weighing again until saturday cause I'll be gone.

Yesterdays total: 2180 calories
Todays total: 2060 calories
Today's weigh in: 178.4
