Well, I definitely binged on Pizza Hut last night. Thank goodness I'm only up 0.2 lbs from yesterday. I am at my original memorial day goal of 114.6. I'm not feeling too bad about it although I would have liked to be in the 112's like earlier this week. Oh well, such is life.
Ekicna- It's discouraging when the scale is up for no reason, I always overeat when it happens. I know I shouldn't, at least you didn't gain too much, I would have gained 5lbs of water for sure!
Did 40min of wogging( alternating jogging & walking) Had 1495 calories, 295 over my limit. I think the jogging is making me hungrier, oh well it's worth it. Still losing weight, down another 4oz. I have 2 picnics this weekend to endure, I'm making sure it will be a fruit fest for me! No junk!
OhMyDogs; GOOD TO GO! Im so proud of you, keep up the good work, mujer!
Ekicna; sunrise, sunset you're awesome & youre doing & looking beautiful .. congrats on reaching past your goal!
fruitlady; "wogging" .. Im gonna have to definitely try that out ..
ladies, ladies, ladies.. these last couple weeks has been up & down for me & soo crazy! as you all know I lost my job a couple weeks ago & it's had me really messed up cause they TOTALLY screwed me over .. BUTTT such is life. I am over it, & doing better. I have had soo many different leads & interviews.. I am hoping to get on to this medical claims center that pays waaaay more than my last job! KEEP PRAYING FOR ME!
as far as my "lifestyle change" ..lol I have been slipping up.. fast food, take out.. etc.. I have been calculating everything, but my sodium has shot up since I have started back eating out again.. that's stopping next week. I dunno if Im gonna reach my memorial day goal, but I sure hope that I do.. Im gonna buckle down for this next few days && hope for the best! Either way it goes, I have LOST this month, so that's a 'gain' either way I look at it..
to everyone who messaged me about my little niece, she's out of the newborn intensive care unit & AT HOME as of Wednesday! Her checkout weight was 5lbs & 6oz.. she made her Memorial Day Goal! She's absolutely gorgeous & I am thankful to God & to everyone who prayed for her & kept her in mind.. She sends her warm little hugs!!
Well, that's it for me for now, everyone have a safe & lovely weekend.. I will try to do the same!! If i can keep my *** away from these candies & cookies, Ill be good to go!..
I was super-good yesterday and weighed in at 140.5 this morning! Woo Hoo! Maybe I can come close to that goal of 138. Just getting close will feel good.
PHAT -good to hear your great news on your job leads and niece. Keep on hanging in there - life is certainly looking up now.
Went wogging for 30min. & am gonna be over calories by 250 again. I think it's the running that's making me hungrier. Feel like I could give in to temptation today, something about the holiday weekend that just makes me want to eat. I don't have anything here, so I'd have to buy it. I'm not going to!
I didn't make my goal of losing a total of 4 inches but I did however loose 2.5 inches. Not all bad I was only 1.5 inches off. I'm not to mad at that because as I always say...it all adds to the bottom line.
I weighed in at 125.4, which counts as 5 pounds to me! (Ha, damn those 4 ounces!)
Who knows, maybe I'll lose them by tomorrow (heh).
I've also been really good about regularly exercising- 5 times a week on average since I joined the challenge, where I was hoping for 3-4. (Exercising for me does not include going for walks, doing yardwork/gardening, hiking).
Feels good to be getting back on track. I can't wait to reach my new goal- though when I get there, I *may* lower it again. I've just noticed that my upper body (arms, shoulders, back) still look quite chubby from behind, whereas from the front I look normal. Disappointing, but that's my build- not sure what weight I'll have to weigh to get rid of that! I'm more concerned with overall health, though.
Congrats to everyone who made their goals! And congrats to those who didn't- you put in your hardest effort and should be ready to ramp it up for the next challenge!
I did it! I weighed in at 139.8 this morning, I'm out of the 140's! I know my goal was to be at 137, but I'll take my 8lb loss and being out of the 140's. I seriously didn't think I was going to make it. I was 140.8, then 140.6, then 141.8 then 142.2 then 141.0. This has been my week, so I was unsure. I'm so happy! So Alli seems to be working for me, and I got the refill pack, which is 40 days worth. It was expensive $65, which Target had it for $60 but were sold out. To me it's worth it, because I have really been looking at my fat and calories and my sodium. I know I'll have to exercise to see the final results so I'll save that for my next challenge goal.
Sorry I haven't been checking in, work has been crazy! But I am able to see all your posts on my phone everyday just a pain to post via my phone.
Phat: congrats on the new job prospect, and I have been and will continue to pray for you And your neice is beautiful!
Fruitlady: I get it, I really do, and I saw before you were going to let yourself eat whatever you wanted for Memorial day, and I'm glad you changed your mind. I was going to have a big heart to heart with you. You and I have been together in these challenges for over a year now, and we've seen eachother go through alot. Don't do what I did, keep up the fight and I'm always here for you.
Lori: Sorry I couldn't comment sooner on your house situation. To me there is no contest. The new house you could have paid off in 6 years, seriously that would be amazing! And your husband's health is never a question...do whatever it takes for him, as I'm sure he would do the same for you. The new house has walkin closets, I'm a woman of storage and that helps! Plus you said your oldest is 18 now? So she is out of school, and for your other 2 (you have 3 right?) they will still be in the same school district so that is not even a worry. It comes down to Three factors....1. Your husband's health, 2. Financial stability of paying the house off, 3. Your children. All of those will benefit from the new house. I hope this helps and good luck!
Jiggle: still proud of you for your progress and losing inches is amazing!
corinne: I am with you! What 4 ounces? I see 125, which is 5lbs...congrats!
Everyone else, I am very proud of all of you and can't wait to see you guys in the next challenge

I didn't think I would make it but I DID !! Im so thrilled that my mental slump didnt keep me from my main focus.. Im pumped & ready for the next challenge! I think the 4th of July would be a GREAT Challenge.. Fireworks & weight loss ... CONGRATS LADIES!
My original goal for this challenge was 114.6. Despite the fact that I weighed 2 lbs less than that last week and I have regained the weight, I still made my goal and weighed in today at 114.4.
