Last day for the challenge, it did help me stay accountable & get back on track when I needed to. Got to my goal a few times, then over ate and blew it every time. Now the weight is back on & time to eat clean. As long as I stay on plan today, I'll have 1260 calories. Rode the bike for 30min. & I'm going for a walk after lunch, the first time in months!

Weighed in @ 136.2 this morning. I didn't meet my goal of getting under 135, but I feel good about the progress I made - 4.8 lbs. in 6 weeks. I'm grateful to everyone who posted on this thread - I checked it daily and the accountability was so helpful as I struggled the last few weeks.
I hope everyone on here will be part of the St. Patty's Day challenge - this is an awesome group. |
I missed my goal by two pounds but on a good note I'm smaller than I was before the challenge started. I'm feeling good in any event.
I will be doing the St. Patty Challenge because that was my first challenge last year and I have been in all of them since. Thanks Lori!!! |
Well, after getting under 190, then going back over on Friday, I'm back down to 189.6 as of this morning....so I did meet my goal of getting into the 180's! Let's just hope I can stay here now, lol.

Hey all - sorry I was MIA this past week. Alot has been going on, and it has been emotionally draining for me.
Nonetheless - I lost 1.6 pounds this week - weighing in at 192.0 exactly - losing 14.6 for the challenge. My goal was 14 total! So, yeah!!! Yeah for a St. Patty's day challenge. I really thrive off of these, helps me keep myself in line. |

Yes I'm a day late, out of town basketball games last night. Ended with 16 pounds lost for the challenge.
