I am also a teacher and my life revolves around the school year

. I have put on 10 pounds since March (12 since December), and I'd like to lose them along with another 3-5.
So 143-145 would be a nice goal by August 20th or so...
I'll start using the daily plate again tomorrow. I had an awful binge today, and I'm tired of doing that!!!
