hello, id like to join this thread if thats alright. Im back on september 7th, im aiming to be 10 stone (140)by then. I'm 151 as of today so its possible.. maybe. It gives me something to aim for at least

I know I'm not going to hit my goal for this challenge but to kick it up a notch I started exercising again yesterday and did 30 day shred today. We shall see.

Morning everyone,

Down to 186 today, 1 more pound till this goal is met.
Instead of setting a new weight goal for this challenge I am going to set a goal for the week of August 17-23rd. This will be the week after my gym class ends, but before my next classes begin. I have written up a new workout plan to start following this semester since I wont be able to take a gym class. So my new goal for the week of August 17-23rd will be to follow my new workout plan and iron out any wrinkles in and also stick with my corresponding new calorie cycling plan.

wow cebsme and angelsdust, you guys are so close to your goal good for you!!!

yesterdays weigh in for me was 158.5 so i am about 4.5 lbs away from my *new* goal, lol. i think the other was a little too ambitious, and it seems the more weight i lose the harder it is to do it. but, like cebsme, i have made myself a workout schedule for this week and am going to stick to it to see if it speeds up the losses at all. i have been eating OP so we shall see! hope everyone else is doing well!

Okay, as for me, I just weighed in this morning at 173... that means I met my BOSYC goal of 175 and passed it by 2 pounds, with 2 weeks to spare! I'm quite pleased. I'll keep checking in here to see how you guys are doing, but as for me, I did it! W00t!

Due to injury, I've had to revise my goal for August 24th to 209 lbs.
That gives me two weeks to lose 4lbs.

dietcokehead, two weeks to lose 4 lbs is definately doable!

i weighed in this morning at 158 which is barely a .5 loss for the week. i am getting a little discouraged because it is going so much slower than i thought and i don't know why! ugh. anyway, i have one week from tomorrow til school starts (OMG!) and that means to make my goal i would have to lose 4 lbs in one week, pretty sure thats not gonna happen... oh well at least the scale is moving in the right direction, right? even if it is VERY slowly...

I know I know I said I was avoid the scale. However, TOM is gone and I couldn't wait. Glad I didn't. I am down to 184 this morning. So its time for me to set a new mini goal. And keep up with the other parts of this challenge, school is fast approaching, Exactly 2 weeks from today I have my first day of classes. Though the semester actually starts the 24th.

How is everyone doing. I missed my last two gym classes, which were basically make up sessions, however I haven't been feeling well since we picked up new alfalfa for the goats its a lot more flaky so it is giving me some hay fever.

We are getting ready for school its coming up very quickly. Textbooks are bought, binder is put together, planner is organized.
