I'm so happy to see familiar faces, so to speak!! I weigh in daily now. It's a bad habit, but It keeps me focused. I've learned not to react badly to seeing the scale go up. If it's like that for a week, then I worry.

i have been weighing myself every day too, but my "official" weigh ins are wednesdays lol. and since today is an official weigh in day, i just wanted to share that i am 162.0 which is 8 lbs down, only 12-17 to go! i am really excited bc just a few days ago (prob due to TOM) i was up like 4 lbs and it scared the poop outta me but i guess i was just retaining water...

I weighed in this morning at 214.5. I thought "thats not right" so I got off, then back on...and it was 216! LOL....

okay I am guess school starts like 2 months from now. I don't know for sure but I do know what day I can move back to the campus which is August 19th. So 2 months from now I want to be 20 lbs thinner. That might be a big goal but its worth a try.

Hope everyone is doing well. I dont have much time to post. I just wanted to thank everyone for all the support and just companionship. Tonight I hopped on the scale at DHs urging and it said 199.. I am actually in tears right now, because I never thought I would see this again.

I want to lose 25 by early August, so this is a great challenge for me to pursue. It was actually my short-term goal before I even found 3FC, so it's really neat to see that there are others with similar goals. Good luck everyone!

Congratulations Cebsme! That is wonderful. About weighing frequency, I usually do it once a week, Monday nights. I'm waiting two weeks this time because for some reason I gained last weigh in and I hope to have lost it by the time I next weigh in so I won't get so depressed. It was crazy how much it affected my mood. I cried myself to sleep a couple nights...

Yeah, so I succumbed to a few "bad eating" days. I'm not really losing, but on the plus side, I'm not really gaining either. It's weird because I feel thinner.

I need to be more careful about my eating and keep on keeping on.

Congrats cebsme! What a wonderful.... ahem, "onederful".... accomplishment!

Ok, the scale said 214.5 again this morning...and again the following two times I weighed myself, so I'll take it! .5lbs to reach my 2lb goal for this week. I'm on my way to my summer goal!!!!!

Thanks for all the congrats everyone.

Hope everyone is doing well. Its been far to hot here to do to much however me and the DH have been swimming instead of hiking, so at least we are doing something. We have also been doing a lot of household stuff. Sleep hasnt been good lately, its the weekend and we never sleep enough on the weekend, though regardless of how tired I am the goats need to be fed by 6:15am at the latest or they WILL wake up the ENTIRE neighborhood.


School has officially been decided on and I will be attending the Medical Assisting courses. 4 nights a week 3 hours a night so I will definitely need to be healthy, and have enough stamina to make it through class and study.

Hope everyone has a great OP weekend!
