Morning! I have a summer cold. I hate that. It's 104 outside and I'm sick. Ugh.
Anyhoo: B:Oatmeal and coffee-176 S:yogurt and strawberries-96 L: Japanese (miso soup, brown rice, salmon)-500 S: Apple-77 D: Pork chop, rice, broccoli-341 S: Dunno. I really dont feel like eating at all 1113-and probably no exercising. I feel poopy. |

B: Pancake w/sf syrup, 1tsp butter
S: not hungry and too busy... L: turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, 2% cheese, 1T lf mayo, 1/2 C homemade orzo salad. D: Chili, 97 ff hotdogs S: popcorn |
tuesday 23rd
B - nada L - 1 cup shrimp with chopped tomato and cilantro, campbell's lite italian veggie soup Snack - lara bar, 1/2 banana D - Amy's black bean green tamale with rice, 1/2 serving dark chocolate Snack - strawberries, popcorn |
breakfest vanilla yogart with a handful of blueberries and granola, lunch was rice and broccoli, 2 small peices of chocolate, a small handful of salt and pepper cashews, and finished my day with a bowl of kashi cereal.

L - Boca Burger and Healthy Choice Chicken Tortilla Soup S - Apple and Peanut Butter D - Waffles and SF syrup S - Protein Bar and SF Jello Pudding I'm spending the whole day with boyfriend, so I'm going to be tempted to eat his food but I'm simply going to say NO! |
