I lost .2 since I last weighted in. I met my mini goal of getting to 17.5 lbs lost! WOOT.

Congratulations everyone great work.
I did not meet my goal, but that is okay, I've made progress.
What is NOT okay is that I gained 6 lbs last week???!!! I have no idea how that is possible. I was completely faithful to my diet and exercise routine. I did increase my caloric intake by 200 cal/day, but I still have a large caloric deficit... It's my TOM and I'm very bloated, but there's no way that could give me 6 extra pounds!!!! I thought I would lose a little less this week than normal, not gain 6 lbs! I'm shocked and miserable, I cannot believe this. So much hard work and I gain......

km25: I didn't make it to goal either, but I don't care. I lost 6.7 lbs and I'm very happy about that. It's almost 10 lbs to me. Your weight gain is probably just TOM. I don't gain like that, but some people do. Or maybe you weren't eating enough and now that you're eating that extra 200, your body is storing it because it thinks it wont get anymore for a while?
How is everyone doing? Is anyone following this thread anymore?

I still am Angel's Dust, just been busy and tired so I haven't visited the site in a bit. I'm not weighing myself until the Monday after July 4th weekend, because it was too depressing last time. How are you?
I have no idea if I made it due to being out of town, and now I have TOM.
