Is it too late for me to join the challenge? I think t will be just the thing to motivate me to meet my goal.

Anyway, here are my stats:
Beginning of challenge weight (2-15) 157.1
Challenge goal loss: 7 lbs.
End of challenge goal weight: 150.1
This morning I weighed in at 156.0. Ugh. That's what I get for eating waaaaay too much yesterday. I've learned by experience that if I eat properly for the next 2 days the extra weight will go away.
My "program" is keeping a loose track of my calories and listening to my body - intiuitive eating. Also, drinking as much water as I can.
