Woo Hoo Smartbutt! I have a good feeling about tomorrow on the scale for me.

Today has been a bad day. Head hunger today. I just told that head to shut up though. Since it also was hurting a lot today I took a little nap and at least then I didn't feel like eating. I will also be going to bed early because of the headache so only a couple more hours of fighting the urge to eat. I think this is the first time in my seven week journey that the head hunger has gotten to me. Usually I am either satisfied or actually hungry. The actual hunger usually is right around meal time or a planned snack so it has been okay so far. If I get hungry about bed time I just go to bed.

Yes this site is awsome. I am doing good an my eating and exercise not sure if I will see the scale shange though cause I am trying to tweak my cals and that may take a while.

Thrusday has been my weigh in day and this morning I am down a pound it's a start!! My workouts have been sparse this week...tomorrow I WILL get a good one in.

Haven't had breakfast yet...what's everyone eating today...I am always desperate for good snack ideas!! (I'm home with my kids and daytime snacking a big challenge for me.

I'm not familiar with how the challenge works, do we log our weight in a particular thread each week? Do we just change our tickers? Is there a certain weigh in day?

Aaahh ok, after reading through some others I guess.......

I'm down a pound but I'm not logging it becasue I don't trust my scale. It's been going haywire for a while now and I finally decided to replace it. It was cheap anyway. So I won't count it until I recieve my new scale but I see progress which is helping to keep me motivated

Way to go -- keep up the great work!!!

As I mentioned, I've made an excel spreadsheet to log everyone and what their goal is (name, pounds to lose, goal weight) I will add in challenge-newcomers as they come! Let's use this thread to post our progress and have general updates about how we're all doing with the Easter Challenge!

I do recommend those doing the challenge to go ahead and make a ticker! Make sure to modify it as you shed those pounds!!! This is going to be great and I am really looking forward to seeing how we all do!

I'm COMPLETELY COMMITTED!!!!

I am between 139 and 138 so no budge until I am down a whole pound but my officlau weight in day is sunday so maybe by then.

So how's everyone doing today? Any interestesting meals or snacks today...I really do love food so I'm always looking for good ideas.

I was having a decent day...but got to hungary at lunch time and reached for cheese and bread...small amounts of both but cheese and bread nonetheless. I managed to get an abbreviated workout in this morning...not a banner week for me on the exercise!!
