OK, strange things are up with my weight. 2 weeks ago things were going fine, I was down to 140, and happy as a clam. Since then, I retained lots of water (knowingly, due to high salt intake for a few days) -- that made my weight shoot up 6-7 lbs... Got rid of that, went down 5 lbs... didn't go back to the 140, but almost... then ever since, it's been creeping up about a pound per day every other day. My calories are an average of 100 MORE each day than they had been 2 weeks ago... i'm up to 145 now.
This is really annoying. Now I know what they mean when they say the "last few" pounds are the hardest to lose. Sonething tells me I will be VERY lucky if I make my 138 goal by Easter (even tho 2 weeks ago I was only 2 lbs away)
BUT, I'm not worried! I am still determined to make it!
