POUNDS TO LOSE = 7 LBS
GOAL WEIGHT = 136.5

Hi all,
Yes, to the challenge! I really need the motivation, and am shooting for 5 lbs. by St. Patty's, so this will keep me going after that.

I started to get serious about losing in January. About 4 years ago I came down with very achey joints and muscles, fatique, and tingly hands and feet. It was pretty severe for about 6 months, and I virtually stopped exercising. Before this happened, I had been very active and exercised pretty intensely. I did resume exercise eventually, but it is much lighter, mostly walking. I was tested for MS, had blood work for numerous things, but I never got any diagnosis. I am MUCH better now, but in the last 2 years I have gained 20 lbs, which feels like a lot on my frame. It's still frustrating to me that I can't do all the things I used to, but I just want to be as healthy as possible, lose the extra weight, and get my fitness up. Sorry so long, just wanted to introduce myself a little since I'm fairly new here... even though I've been posting away!

This challenge will help motivate me to meet those goal. Thanks!!

I forgot to come back and post my starting weight: 128.4. Ew. I don't know how that happened. But whatever. So my goal by Easter is 121.4. 7 lbs. Tomorrow is actually weigh in for me so hopefully it'll have gone down a little.

I wanna join in on this challenge too. I'd like to lose 12lbs by Easter and I've been losing at a rate of between 2-2.5lbs per week so it is sort of realistic and sort of far-off at the same time!

We can do it!!!

Scale still hasn't moved...BUT I've been logging everything so I know it will. I think I need the accountability of a challenge.

I am thinking a St. Paddy's Challenge. Since St. Paddy's is half way between now and Easter. I want to lose half of my Easter Challenge weight by then. Baby steps.
