I'm ashamed to say I am messing up bad. I am going through some stuff in my family life and it's sent me right back into a deep depression. I've had to increase the Wellbutrin I was trying (with the ok from Doc) to ween myself off of, I have NO motivation to exercise, I am emotionally eating even though it makes me feel physically ill, I can barely get up out of bed right now much less worry about a diet. I haven't weighed myself, but I can "feel" that I've gained. I feel like such a loser...and not in a good way...
DIVALISCIOUS, don't be so hard on yourself. Lots of people have posted that they have strayed a bit, but the important thing is to get back on track. We know you can do it! Good luck to all of you getting back into the swing of things after the weekend, I know it can be tough!
ok i am going to a meeting where there is always LOTS of DELICIOUS treats, cinnamon rolls, quiche, so much more! so wish me luck and lots of will power!
Hello ladies I jest wanted to share this information. I seen on NBC where they have a cook book and a complete calories counter out. I did some searching and seen that Books A MIllion had it on the net so I called the store and they ordered it for me. The cookbook is 21.95 and the calorie counter is 7.99. It will be here in 7 to 10 days . Jest wanted to let everyone know about it if they were looking for it.
divaLicious--hang in there sweetie. the next step after going astray is to get back on track!! you can do this!!! excercise helps me lots when I am stressing about things. it'll clear your head and make you feel better about yourself. You may not have any control over what is going on with your family but only you can control how you deal with it. i hope you feel better soon.

Diva~ that was me. I lived in Atlanta and my nic online used to be SwtJawJa Peach. LOL My Hubby is from NY and when we went down to Atlanta for him to meet my mom, we drove over to Savannah. It's a beautiful city.
So..... I havent' done to well these past few days. I had a tooth that was really bothering me and I was taking pain meds that I got when I had my C section, for my tooth. I went to the dentist today and found out I have an absessed root. It's gonna be $935.00 to fix. OUCH.. That's just ONE tooth. YIKES!!! They're sending me to a specialist. So, I'm feeling the stress on that. I'll be c urious to see what I weigh in at WI on Thursday.

I ran 26!!!!!!!!! miles on saturday. It took 7 hours!!!!!! and my feet hurt so bad. It was simultaneously the most excruciating and exhilarating experience I've ever had!

Oh my Goodness gf! that's terrible! Do you have insurance to help cover the costs? I know we don't, only on my son so I have to pay up front for any Dental work. Poor baby. I'm so sorry...i hope you get to feeling better soon. My Hubby (to be) is from N.E PA, so I got me one of dem there Yankees too! hehe! I am hoping to move up there. We are in the Mountains here in East TN so I'd like to be in the Poconos, but I think the Amish areas with the rolling hills are beautiful too...So terrible what's happened up there.
