HAPPY WEEKEND GUYS!!!!
The peanut gallery seems to have gotten quiet? Everyone just waiting for me to get back? Thanks guys!
This week, I've been moderately on plan, so we'll see how the fickle scale judges me on Wednesday.
They had a celebration at work on Friday and there was Popeyes Fried Chicken..... I love fried chicken! But I didn't have any (Looking up the nutrition information before heading to the party was key in helping me maintain my resolve not to eat it) But they had this cake, I won't describe it because I don't want to send anyone rushing for their emergency cookie stash but it loooked so good! A girl can only resist so much temptation! So I got a co worker to split a piece with me and it was the most GLORIOUS cake!!!!
Last week, I found out I had tendonitis in my foot again. I was really upset because I had this little race thing I've been training for for 6 months!!!! I was so convinced that I wasn't going to make it, because it was painful to even walk, but I couldn't put all this work into something and not even ATTEMPT to run.
Well, last sunday I ran in the 31st Marine Corps Marathon. Yep I ran 26.2 miles (hehe I love saying that

) in 6 hrs 19 min 18 sec. I didn't even FEEL my feet after 5 miles! (Let me tell you though, I sure paid for that later, I was pretty hobbled up for two days.)
The thing with long distance running is it makes your weight go up. I was up by as much as 5 pounds following the race. I was only up .5 by the time weigh in day came around, so I hope my red team will forgive me!!!
Any way! I am PUMPED!!! I am so back on this weight loss wagon, and I resolve to come and check on my Red Team teamates (and blue team opponents!

) more frequently!!!
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm kind of in a mid-season slump!! Holidays, birthdays, the INSANELY cold weather, the early dark nights etc
I think it's time for the Biggest Loser Challengers (myself totally included) to regain some of that enthusiasm we had when the challenge started!!!

Come on Team!!! We've worked too hard to let a little winter weather get the best of us!
I can't wait to hear what every one has been up to and to hear their plans to beat this mid season slow down! ( I could use the tips!)
