Hello Blue Team,
I hope all is well and you are having a good day. I posted my weight this morning and I was down 3.8lbs from last week. I guess even though I had to take a couple rest days my eating kept me in check. I did actually work out 3 times yesterday but I made sure to ice my foot right after and it seems to have helped.

Echo - that sucks about your instructor I hope you get a better feel of him soon so that your lessons are more enjoyable again. I remember when I took my drivers test I had this one guy and he made me feel so nervous. I would not have a clue how to do multilane round abouts so your already better than me and I've been driving for years. Here's hoping your 2lbs was just water retention and your down again this morning. By the way with my double workouts I'm still not burning as many calories as you are with one so don't worry you are having great calorie burns.

weebleswobble - don't worry our bodies react when we go out of our normal routines so you will be back to yourself in no time and the weight will also be gone soon (if you even have a gain)

doragone - sorry that you are still having such a hard time with everything I hope you knee gets better soon. I would be interested to know what hypnosis program you downloaded. I hope you feel better soon and I know your don't give up attitude will get you there.

G'morning Ladiessss!!! It is a beautiful morning and I have some news.. My sister has been with her bf, Mark for 13 years, and yesterday was the 10th anniversary of the day he was in motorcycle accident that put him into a wheelchair for the rest of his life. My sister has been there with him through every trial of that journey, and it was not easy alot of the time.. and as they do every year on the anniversary of that day they go away for the night.. and now they have a better reason to memorialize that day because last night they got engaged! I am very happy for her.. and now I really need your help ladies! No date has been set .. but there is a possibility it will be this summer...so yea.. I need lots of help to keep motivated!

Mercy, your sister is beautiful...I'm so sorry for the pain your family is going through.

I just got a call from my mom, my sister totalled her car with my nephew in it...I am so glad that everyone is ok, including the people in the other car. I could not imagine losing my sister.

Mercy, bless your heart and your sister's. I can't imagine losing my one sister. I know it's hard. So so so sorry for your pain and family's. Hugs to you.

I was just on the floor with my girls playing blocks. We built trains and houses and garages for the houses. Well Meadow mostly knocked them all down while we built new ones. LOL. So cute. I will miss this time when it's over and they are big. Makes me wanna cry thinking about them grown. But I will have to learn to embrace it. It's going to happen. And I have faith that they will be good, responsible, caring, happy, productive people. But glad they are still babies right now.

I'm down to 197.0. Wow, finally losing again.

I'm so sorry for your loss Mercy. There really are no words. I hope you and your family can make it through this hard time.

I don't have much to report here...same old same old really. I have finally been feeling my weight loss this past week. My current pajama pants are having some trouble staying up, so that makes me happy (and sad, I love these pants, LOL). I noticed on Thursday and Friday when I was doing a lot of squatting and kneeling at work that my knees aren't crunching anymore. Yay! It's nice to really be feeling a difference now.

Of course, then, today, I go and make a chocolate cake and eat the level trimmings (I had to try a little, just not all of it). It's not so bad though, I'm still in my calorie zone. I do feel a bit icky now from the sugar. The cake will be going to work!
