Monte- How many people do we still have as official members on our team? Maybe we could post everyone's name with their current weight loss number and percentage. I know it would give me some added motivation for sure.

Well ladies, I was one of the ones who posted no loss this past week. TOM just left today though, so I hope to have a decent number this week. Also, I am going back to the WATP dvds this week because I'm more comfortable with it and it really makes me sweat a lot. Hope everyone has a good start to the week. I really want to jump out of the 300s this week!

I have totally stuck to plan the last few weeks and you know it does make a huge difference and when DH is following along it helps even more
I do however need to step up my exercise but just really haven't been feeling the greatest body wise my back has been kinda achy and I don't really want to stress it anymore than it already is..... I know excuses

Hiya all! I'm still around - been really busy the last few weeks. Just got back from vacation and things are starting to settle down a bit. Was on a cruise last week and didn't track any of my food and was guilt-free as I enjoyed more than a couple drinks. I used the stairs a LOT, made healthy food choices for the most part, and did use the gym two of our five days. I wasn't completely off program, but I was a little more relaxed than normal...
I'm working at getting back OP completely. I walked / jogged last night. I'm getting to where I can jog further and further, and probably did close to half of my 3 miles last night in a jog. As a lifetime asthmatic, I'm pretty proud of that. I had tried C25K at one point and it was too accelerated for me. I'm taking it a lot slower, but keeping at it, and it's nice to see progress in that area...
I also had a Dr's appt today. I was VERY pleased with my blood pressure. My average for as long as I can remember is in the high range of 130/90 - not sure how I've not been put on meds before, but today it was 124/78. Thats an NSV for me, and I'll admit I left the Dr's office pretty jazzed about that.
Tinabinab that is Great News about your blood pressure - you have done a super job Vacations well they are the best and tehy are called vacations so we can relax and not worry about a thing...... Glad to hear you enjoyed it

Hope everyone has a good end to their week. It's Friday here in SK. Not too much going on. I gave my notice at work. I'm moving to a public school. Which is truly a blessing because I get to work at a public school and I get to live in the same town as my boyfriend. Which was very important to both of us. I am leaving my current contract early, but the school has been very cooperating with me and supportive. So, the end of April I will be moving on to the other school.
Also, excited for tomorrow. Have a planned hike with the boyfriend. I have done it once before and I lost 6lbs that weekend. I'm looking to do the whole hike again and really push through all of it.

So cloooooooooose to onederland! I have no idea why my weight is being so stubborn these days, it's like I hit the worst weight plateau ever.
Sorry haven't been on to post alot. M daughter got sick, had finals, and have been working tons of overtime. Doesn't leave much free time for the computer.

Hey girls. No loss again this week. Not sure what's going on. We even did that 3 hour hike on Sunday and it about killed me. Oh well. I think its my water intake that is lacking so I am going to work on that this week.

Well as for me made it home today and well I was doing so well with my eating until today at lunch everyone decided to go to a Pizza buffet and I went and needless to say had a few not just a couple pieces of pizza.... So damage control this week just to get a loss I am sure
Well I do have tomorrow off but have some shopping to get done so I guess clean house or shop, mmmmmmm I guess shopping such a bummer huh??
