May 4: 120 minutes - House Cleaning & laundry & litter boxes & cooking & a whole slew of other things that may or may not have actually taken longer but I'm going to choose 120 minutes as a good summary time!
May 5: 60 minutes (elliptical, pushup challenge, walking)
May 6: 35 minutes (dog walking)
May 7: 100 minutes (circuit training and dog walking)
May 8: 60 minutes (dog walking)
May 9:
May 10: 85 minutes (biking to the gym, stair climbing, pullups, pushdowns, arm-peddler, elliptical)

5/4 - 45 mins walking 5/5 - 120 mins heavy housecleaning, 10 mins elliptical, 10 mins strength training 5/6 - 20 mins walking, 10 mins strength training 5/7 - 20 mins walking (limping, I sprained some tendons in my leg) 5/8 - Nothing, still injured 5/9 - 30 mins walking 5/10 -45 mins walking
Total so far - 310 of 455 miles - Oh well, didn't make this week's badge (darn injury )

5/5 - 20 min walk, 25 min treadmill, 20 min upper body strength
5/6 - 20 min walk, 25 min treadmill, 20 min lower body strength
5/7 - 20 min walk, 15 min treadmill, 30 min with trainer
5/8 - 20 min walk, 60 min spinning class
5/9 - 60 min step and tone class, no walk today because of rain
5/10 - 90 min house cleaning and laundry, day off from going to gym
5/4/08 - Ran around the backyard after kids - 30 minutes
5/5/08 - 60 minutes with the trainer + 120 minutes of hard labor yard work! My butt is so sore today!

5/4-been baking and decorating all day. It uses alot of upper muscle and alot of walking back and forth. I would say maybe 30 min walking

455-80=375 left 375-120=255 left 255-70=185 left 185-40=145 left 145-55=90 left 90-50=40 left 40-45=made it with 5 extra miles however this one was rough on me, if the next one is further it is going to be a rough one, I probably will not make it because I didn't even take a rest day and just barely made it this time..
