May 4: Spring cleaning, but I'm not counting it even though I'm SORE!
May 5: 60 minutes (30 treadmill, 30 weights)
May 6: 75 minutes (55 treadmill, 20 weights)
May 7: 25 minutes (treadmill), 35 minute walk at lunch, 20 minute lifting, another 62 minute walk
May 8: 100 minutes (60 walking/40 weights) + 30 minute walk in the evening
May 9: 20 minute walk
May 10: 68 minute walk + 104 minutes of intense yardwork (gave myself heatstroke, I think)
Oh I did last week wrong and posted May 4th with my totals. Sorry Chellez! Still made it to the closer beach though. I'm ready to rock this week!

May 4: Four hours walking around Seaworld with my husband and our two boys. (Only claiming two as some of that time was spent watching stuff.) 120 minutes
May 5: Cleaning and yard work.... 30 minutes
May 6: RIDICULOUSLY lazy day. Not claiming anything because I don't deserve anything. UGH.
May 7: Nothing. Injured. I hurt my hips in Karate last week, and I've been taking it easy to let them repair. I have Karate class tomorrow though....
May 8: 60 Minutes of majorly hard Karate.... 40 minutes of vacuuming, mopping kitchen floor, laundry, picking up kids junk, washing windows ... etc. etc.

5/4~I coached bball for 150 minutes (two games) which included jogging, walking, jumping up and down the side lines... I'm a very energetic coach... do those minutes count? About 30 minutes jogging, jumping, etc. total, so 30 min. for coaching. I did 10 minutes of dishwashing as well as 10 minutes of vaccuming and 20 minutes cleaning the bathroom (scrub, scrub) SO 40 minutes for chores...
5/5~ 75 min. power walk, 10 minute dishwashing

5/7~ 75 min. bike ride, 30 min. shooting hoops
