I've only watched the last couple episodes of Workout. What was Peeler's deal about being so far behind in the Mud Run? Is he always like that? Previews don't look so promising for him. Haven't seen enough to have an opinion of him but the other guy trainers didn't look impressed when he was telling them about whatever meeting he got shut out of.

I LUUUBs me some Bob!! And I'm so lucky my hubby's name is bob too! Ha! Its not that he's hot. I love his outlook on life. I feel like he truly gets what I'm going through. Jillian I hated HATED! Then the last couple of rounds she started to really grow on me, like she just might get it too. And I think she really does I think she's fantastic. But, I saw some things in her I REALLY didnt like last round of BL, and yes I'm aware its editing but something just doesnt sit right with me. I still would be honored to train with her, but for me I'd bend over backwards for my boyfriend bob!
Loved Jackie too!! But, this season of workout is kinda over the top with the in your face stuff. I dunno, i dont like Jackie's selfishness this time around. I know she's had a hard go of life but that doesnt give her the right to just walk on everone the way she does. EDITING again I'm sure! LOL! I just wish they'd show more sky lab stuff. |

Hope you feel better soon. Diva I was thin my entire life. Never even thought about my weight until the meads packed the pounds on. I really never thought much about anyone else's weight either. Would have never thought to comment on someone being over weight. Might be because my mother and sister are very heavy woman and have been just about all of my life. My son had minor surgery today, had a cyst removed from his tail bone. I went to the cafeteria to get a cup of tea. Sure didn't want to eat anything there because I don't eat anything if I don't know how many calories or such is in it. Anyway, I am sitting there drinking my tea and can over hear 4 woman on the staff at the hospital ( I didn't say just nurses ) talking about their weight. How they wish they could take off a few lbs and so forth. I look at what they are eating. Triple orders of French fries and double hamburgers. I thought, I would have never noticed that before I started to watch what I am putting into my body. At about the same time I am thinking this an old friend of my mothers saw me and went on and on about how much weight I have lost. Doesn't bother me a bit lol I deserve the praise :). One of those woman sitting at the table looked at me and said oh what magic did you find. I told her there is no magic. You eat what is good for you and don't eat to much of what isn't good for you. Two of the woman said they weren't going to starve to lose weight and got up and left. The other two wanted details. How had I taken off weight without starving lol? We talked their whole lunch period. Will they change how they eat? Who knows, but they did get some healthy information on how to lose weight. I can say, their eyes didn't glaze over when I talked about the required amounts of the four basic food groups and how you have to eat a ton of food to get all you need in a day. ksk I really don't understand some people. I don't think it is just weight that they act that way about. Some people like to pick people apart. Some people just like to hurt people for no good reason. You can't look at an over weight person and say oh they eat junk food all the time. You can't tell just by looking at someone that they never eat right. There can be a great many reasons why a person is over weight. |

There are never enough hours in the day even when you have nothing pressing you have to do. I don't work outside of the home and I still haven't found enough time to get all my windows washed lol. |

We understand there are times we get busy. Take a min to breath lol. ksk I think sometimes we all over analyze why we do things. Ummmm sometimes we just eat things because they taste so darn good lol. |

Oh I loveeeeeeeeeeee oatmeal but the darn carbs in it are killers lol. I don't do low carb but darn if I ate as much oatmeal a day as I would like to eat I would be at 90% carbs lol. With exercise the secret is to start slowly and then work yourself up to more and more. The body needs time to adjust. For some the sky is the limit for others there is only so much the body can do. You have to be the judge of that. Nice going on exercising at all. Diva If someone would like to train me free of charge lol I would love to have my hand held. Tell me what exercises I should be doing and in what order on what days. vanetta 92 years old. What a wonderful long life this person has had. I hope they are able to keep her comfortable so she can enjoy the rest of the time she has here on this earth. Oh my gosh, if I tried to tie a red bandana on my cat he would eat me lol. I am lucky he lets me live in the house as it is lol. Diva Take care of that knee. Have you ever found you can do somethings just fine but can't do other things that are pretty much the same? I can do double side to sides just fine but the grapevine hurts my knee. Has to be the way I pull the knee when I do them but I must not pull it the same way on the side to sides. Rosealee Way to go. We need to hear that kind of thing. As time goes on and you get more and more use to the way you have changed how you eat and exercise. Being op will just be common place you won't even think much about it anymore. The days that you don't stick to plan will stand out like sore thumbs. Emily It is always great fun when someone else joins in on wanting to get into shape. Makes it easier and the support is wonderful. jewe Nothing wrong with a treat here or there. This isn't about doing without all the things we love. This is about eating within reason. |

Evening all~ I'm checking in real quick, our computer and phone are out at home, gotta love comcast :devil: so we're at the library right now. I'm at least 10 pages behind on here, and hopefully will catch up. :) Hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing good, I actually did watp 1 mile super challenge this morning. I couldn't move like I normally do, but I did keep the pace and that's what counts. :) I think I'll ride my exercise bike tonight watching t.v. Oh, I need to go mark my spot for the exercise badges!! I do prefer Jillian -- but she does seem smarmy on the Winning by Losing CD set i bought. The best part of all those videos was watching her do those one-handed pushups in the intro. On a fitness level SHE ROCKS and kicks a$$ and takes names. I can barely do the beginner frontside and backside workouts. I had to put the others away for now...
