hrbabe - I think that the rules say you can only post your minutes from today and day before.... I don't think that your monday minutes will count for this trip..... I wish they would though ..... but I'd hate to win it thinking we won and someone come back and notice that and they say we didn't win.....

I got my workout in tonight! I am feeling much better than yesterday thankfully!!
So I will subtract my minutes...

275-60 minute walk/jog=215

Well I will say that this challenge is making me push myself more than I would have otherwise which is great.

35 minutes walking around the block this morning + 45 minute lunch time walk + 20 minutes lower body workout and +15 minutes of stretching. All for today.

175 - 115 = 60

The Blue team is really giving us a run for the money this leg. Come out and post Black team!!!

Haven't exercised in ages!! Pulled out my Biggest Loser DVD which hasn't been out of the box since I got it and did the warm up and part of the 25 minute program, about 20 minutes altogether.
