ok, I did 6 minutes more to make it an even 66 for today. 30 minutes walking, 20 minutes weights, 10 + 6 more minutes stretching and flexing with yoga.

My choices would be Austrailia, Canada, The New England States, I think Chellez mentioned something about Aruba yesterday...... but somebody pick and PM Chellez and let us know what you decided! (I picked Maui so I won't pick again so that someone else gets a turn)

happy picked Sydney as the next flight so here we go!
Third Flight: Honolulu, HI (technically! ) to Sydney, Austrailia
Flight Time: 10 hours and 25 minutes
Flight in Minutes: 625 minutes
525 - 120 = 405 Yep, another night of 3 1/2 hours at the gym. But, again, am only applying 2 hours.
1 hour yoga + 25 minutes of 5K training + 25 minutes of weight lifting + 1 hour of swimming (The other hour at the gym was talking to a trainer & goofing off in the locker room.)
Tonight is an easier night. We're walking to the driving range (about 3 miles), practicing our swing, walking to the gym (3 miles) and doing our stair climing training for 25 minutes.

Happy2be - thanks!! My boyfriend and I just got a gym membership on Saturday so we're taking major advantage of it. I'm sure we'll keep it up, though. We're naturally athletic people. We just let ourselves go over the past year playing too much World of Warcraft. Now that we quit WoW we've got nothing better to do with our time, haha.
Weigh in day is tomorrow. I hope it reflects my efforts!
