    I'm going on vacation starting Wednesday. Tho I won't be able to post and count my minutes, I commit to getting in some exercise each day and making good choices when eating out.

    45 minutes Push DVD and 20 minutes Yoga

    935 - 65 = 870
  • Lots of workouts on On Demand!!!

    870 - 60 = 810

  • 810-65 (from walking yesterday) = 745 GO BLACK!
  • 745-75 minutes of cardio= 670

  • 670 - 45 minutes of walking = 625
  • 625-55 (did Bob twice today since I'm not walking tonight) = 570

  • 1 1/2 workout dvd. Didn't feel like doing all of the dvd!!!! Sorry, maybe it will get better tomorrow!!!!

  • 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes aerobic dance

  • Various videos on demand and also freestyle during TBL.
    465 - 90 = 375

  • 310 - 20 (1 mile walk around work today) = 290

    290 - 60 (yoga class today) = 230

    230 - 10 (on the elliptical machine after yoga) = 220

    The Blue Team made the flight to Aruba and we are waiting on the beach with martinis for you... temporarily!

    The next flight is to Cape Town, South Africa so we can check out the wildlife (I secretly love elephants!)
