Hey everyone! My first day back to work and trying to eat healthy was kind-of shaky all though I managed. I am so hungry today! I ate so much junk and now my body just wants it. I know in a few days it will get better. I really need to go work out on the treadmill but so far I haven't gotten there. Please someone tell me how good I'll feel after I just do it! You all are doing so great! I'm glad to be on the RED TEAM!

My only tip for exercise is too find what YOU like and what works for you. Maybe write out what you wanna do for the week and stick to it. Planning is key.

Hey red team mates.

I left my computer at 5 and came back to a ton of mail and 3fatchicks posts. I love it.

As of now, we only have 4 who have not yet posted to the stats list. One of them I know isn't going to be able to post for a few days. However that doesn't matter any more since we are not using the weights from before Christmas. Next week at this time I will tell you how many have not posted.

Thursday at 8 pm we are going to do a Yahoo chat for anyone who is interested. I think it will be fun to chat in real time. You will need to add me as a friend and then Thursday I will invite everyone who is online into a group chat.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Awesome Chris, I hope to be able to participate in the chat.
My DD has her bath at 8:15 so I'll be in and out LOL!
My day was pretty good today - yoga and walking, and stayed OP with eating.

I think the idea of having a chat is a great one. I'll be there on Thursday.

I had a good day today. Down 2.6 pounds at weigh in !!! Makes saying no to some (but not all) of the Christmas goodies all worthwhile. I have decided to use my WW weigh in as my official post even tho it includes the weight of my clothes. As they said in the end, it all evens out.

I stuck to plan food wise today - almost faltered but in the end I just couldn't do it. I'm trying to get in a little bit of extra movement so today I parked at the far end of the parking lot and got off the elevator 3 floors early and walked up the stairs. Well with a laptop, purse, tote bag and lunch bag it was more like TRUDGED puff, puff. Came home and got my 30 minutes of walking in. My goal is to get up early (I am not a morning person) and get back to exercising first thing since sometimes you can get disrupted if you save it for the evening.

Sounds like everyone is off to a great start. Keep up the positive energy and go RED TEAM GO

Howdy! Sounds like everyone had an awesome day! For exercise I do my WATP tapes/dvds, and am riding my exercise bike. I also have TBL 1 workout and ordered volume 2 last night. I think I'll start doing those once I get back in routine of working out. I love Leslie's workouts as they are easy on my knee and they're just great workouts. Well I'm going to go to bed. Talk to you all tomorrow.
