This is going to help me so much. I've been stuck at this weight for two months. This is going to give me the kickstart I need!

I'm super excited for this go round. I think I only lost 5 lbs last time, but I'm already doing much better than that Go red team!

I'm doing Flex too. What are PUSH dvds? I'm always looking for new workouts. I'm thinking of spending some Christmas money on an exercise ball, but before I do I need to figure out where I can store it in my already cluttered house.

I am recommitting to following the program this time around AND dusting off and using those PUSH DVDs that have been sitting on my desk. I'm doing the Flex plan - what about you?

I am doing WW Flex as well. I have lost 42 pounds since mid-September doing it. Exercise is hard for me. I have fibromyalgia, and a long list of other ailments. When I am not hurt real bad (I hurt everyday) I walk on the treadmill. I can only do 5-10 minutes at a time and try to do it a couple times a day....when I am able. I haven't been on the treadmill at all for about 2 weeks now. I am hoping to get on it today.

I'm in for the whole 12 weeks, you can count on it!

I do hope we can keep on motivating each other. It is sooo important.

Chris, congrats on melting away 42pds since Sept. Now that is awesome!

I hoping to lose 15pds this challenge :-)
