I know there is a couple of us who didnt meet the deadline to sign up for the biggest loser challenege. I was wondering maybe we could start a challenge and we could be the Black Team. We can decide the rules of the challenge if we get some people to join. So please let me know if youre interested???
Well...the other teams are pretty much set, so we can be separate if you want. We can all just state a goal and see if we can meet it. It's your team though, so whatever you want to do it cool with me! I just love the motivation of being on a team/in a challenge...it really pushes me.
Yes were seprated From the Blue and Red team, but it is different this time becaause Jillian is back so now theres a black team. Which is US!!!
When will it start? I really would like for everyone who wants to join tell me a.s.a.p and there starting weights. Since this is kinda last minute Im hoping we can official start the challenge tomm. So that we have enough people. We will stop December 3rd. We could even go to the new year if people would like to keep going
Weigh Ins? You can weigh in whatever day you choose, but I would like for you to have it posted by the end of Mondays. Perferable before 9pm.
What kind of Plan, Exersize? Feel free to follow any plan you would like.
Goal Weights? Along with you starting weight please tell me what is your goal weigh.

My current weight is 250.5
By December 3rd, I would like to weigh 225. I weigh in every Monday, so that's when I'll be reporting my losses.
I'd love to join the black team! We're doing a Challenge at work, but it seems like I'm the only one who is trying, possibly because I'm the one with the most to lose, the rest of them weigh about 140.
