Great site, Carol! I did all these and more in my senior class several years ago. It was actually a circuit training class so we also had some low impact aerobics. I really miss it and think it would benefit me even more now. My problem is I don't like to get up early enough for the class.
I have bookmarked this site and hopefully will get back to doing these. I do some of them now but not all and not always daily. Thanks!
