Hubby and I painted the other 'half' of the kitchen last night. I haven't been sleeping well recently so one of the things I'm trying is not getting on the computer withing a certain time of going to bed, which is why I've been randomly posting.

Timber, Poor Hubby! I hope he is feeling ok.

L= salad, 1/2 Jason's Deli Chicken Salad wrap
D= homemade pot roast and veggies, 2 bread/butter
S= HG choc brownie muffin {pretty good!}

cleaned house and gave April her Spa Day, but no official workout. I did put beef and veggies in the croclpot for pot roast tonight, Yum. I'm in an autumn frame of mind.

Thank you for all the B-Day wishes!!

Ate way too much yesterday, the whole week I was eating alot of sweets. Went to Red Lobster for dinner last night, got broiled tilapia from the lighthouse menu. Then had about 3 pieces of cake, it was so good. This is a new week, I'm cleaning up my act, gained alot of weight from a week of eating too many calories.

Bread, laundry, cleaning the bath, and cardio for today.

FL, glad you had a good Bday. I haven't paid a lot of attention to what I ate recently and I'm up 4 lbs or so.

Happy birthday, fruit lady!

Kids are still home for another few days. Oldest left for school over the weekend. Feeling pretty down about him leaving...but it's the circle of life!

Still waiting for things to settle with the kids back at school....my days sure will feel empty and unstructured. So...that is when my lifestyle changes will really begin. Time to incorporate exercise and a more formal diet plan into my days!

I will be doing a lot more research on this site and others to decide how I want to move forward.

Back again. I've been a little up and down with my eating the past week. Not horrible, but not fabulous either, but still hanging in there and at least tracking and being aware, so not a complete loss. I have 10 weeks until my surgery, and I would like to lose 15 more pounds by then, so I need to step it up a bit.

I couldn't sleep last night again. I have to get up really early {for me} two days a week and I have a hard time falling asleep each night. {went to bed at 1045 didn't fall asleep until close to 3am.} I think I'm so worried/upset that I have to get up early that I'm psyching myself up/out of sleep. or something...

Can you guys believe that tomorrow is September???
