Well, I am ready to continue to challenge myself in May. I am going to keep my exercise goal 5x or more per week this month and hopefully it will continue to show in my weight loss. I am starting this month 4 lbs less than last month.
I think my goal this month will be to excercis at least 3x or more per week. I didn't go to the gym in months. Maybe my goal should be actually going to the gym at all..
I just started yesterday at 368 pounds. I will settle for nothing less than a 20 pound loss this month. I am doing low carb, grain free, paleo diet, trying to walk five miles or more every other day.
I don't know how many months I've had this same goal, but I remain determined to break this 220 plateau. I've seen a number below that once now so I must be getting close.
I'm new here. My May goals are to exercise 3x per week, work up to a good 45 minutes of cardio on those days and try to lose 5 lbs this month. I was making great progress at the gym Jan-Feb and fell off the wagon in March and April. It is so easy to come up with some excuse to not go. Not anymore! This month will be different.

My goals are to be back at 123lb by end of month (i know i'll put a few lbs on during last week and this week as i'm in a hotel, eating out at conference dinners with set menus etc every meal so really hard to control) No scales here either so i don't know what the damage is til week after next.
And my broken foot should be ready to start moving in two weeks, so by the end of May i want to be doing at least 3 Spin or Pump classes per week.
My goal this month is to walk 4x a week (30 minutes) and lose 5 pounds this month. I am hoping that by putting it in writing and out to the world I will do it!
If I stick with my goal, I'm looking to be at 162.2 at the end of the month. I was at 158.4 this morning (!!). So, I'm updating my goal to be 158.4 at the end of the month, or below.
Because I will be on vacation, the last week of May, I have goals for the next three weeks:
Weight goal: 132 (Currently, I am around 136, give or take .5 lb)
Exercise goals: Get as fit as possible
1) Run 4x a week and build up to 5 mile runs (now at 4 miles)
2) Walk and bike as much as I can (leisurely exercise)
3) Do some sort of strength training every day
4) Do some sort of interval work once a week (eek, I'm afraid)
The fitness goal is most important. My vacation will be strenuous and require a lot of endurance b/c it's a dance music festival where I have the option to dance 12 hours a day for 3 straight days. I want to have as much fun as I can & being in shape will help that.
I'm nervous about my 3 week exercise blitz. I'm not sure I can make real gains in 3 weeks, but I'm going to try.
Wow, MotivatedChickie what a great vacation! Definitely go for it these 3 weeks, just don't overdo it so you hurt yourself and can't enjoy the vacation...
