Thanks for the concern, Heather...yes I do tend to push really hard but I also recognize when I need down time and take it. :) But today I am baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaackkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. I did 41 minutes of aerobic walking and 75 minutes of water aerobics.... for a total of 116 I am now 35 minutes over my goal of 1500 minutes Group total 20,114 + 116 = 20,230 |

Angela -- first, if I haven't commented before, I love your new avatar! (I know I have THOUGHT to comment before, but sometimes that fizzles out before it actually happens... as for goals, maybe you're setting them too high to start? Something to think about. I will actually be dialing my goal DOWN next month... when the school year starts I will be busier, and I'm having trouble keeping up with my goal as it is...

Hi Ladies - Got in 51 minutes today...walking with some little jogging spurts! :) DH was so supportive and helped me along. :) It was nice, we went after dark again, when it's all quiet and deserted. :D New totals are:
