Today I did 30 minutes walking in the morning, 30 minutes on the elliptical (hill level 3) and 30 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 1329. I realized that if I do 90 minutes again for the next two days I can still make my August goal. I'd like to do that if I can. I can always rest on Friday :D

Friday - 30 mins aerobics DVD, 10 min walk home from work Saturday - 100 mins walking with hubby Sunday - 80 mins walking with with hubby Monday - 20 mins aerobics with kids, 20 mins walking to/from work Tuesday - 40 mins aerobics DVD, 20 mins laps of oval with kids Wednesday - 30 mins exercise bike, 20 mins walking to/from work Making a total of 370 minutes Personal Goal... 30 - 370 = 340 mins ABOVE August's goal of 1200 Group Total... 25,210 + 370 = 25,580 :carrot: Keep up all that moving everyone!:carrot: Zelma |

Yesterday did weights and Yoga for a total of 60 minutes. Today did 15 minutes of yoga. So I'm adding 75 minutes.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes walking in the morning, 40 minutes on the elliptical at the gym in the afternoon and another 10 minutes walking in the evening. Then this morning I did 40 minutes of walking, which brings my total to 1449. That means I need to do 51 minutes tonight at the gym to make my August goal, which should be no problem since it is weights night.

okay, got in a walk with the dogs this morning. I am 5 minutes from my goal, and it shouldn't be a problem, as we are going into chicago today and tomorrow and should get a fair bit of walking in!
