Been doing a lot of driving and not had time to walk, but been doing my arm lifts/punches in either sets of 100+ or repeated sets of 50+. I put enough into it to feel a bit of a flush and some definate muscle fatigue.

Misti/Sue -- I hope you're feeling better. Seems to me like lots of people who get really active need some down time every now and again! I'm struggling to keep up with my goal... I'm having a hard time convincing myself to exercise and am still behind where I need to be! But yesterday got in 45 min. I am moving offices and managed to aerobically move boxes for 20 min! Then a walk with the dogs and ab/backs exercises.... Group total ~ 20,069 + 45 = 20,114 min! |
