OK, I've got 3 days to catch up on. I didn't realise I hadn't posted my minutes for that long.
Sunday - 30 min walk with hubby (not really fast as his feet were hurting) and 30 mins on the exercise bike
Monday - 40 mins on the exercise bike
Tuesday - 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 mins walking to and from work (10 mins each way)
Personal Goal... 1040 - 160 = 880 mins left of June's goal of 1200
Group Total... 1985 + 160 = 2145
I hope I get better at recording my times. Just have to get my act together.
