OK... for some reason I have been having a really hard time getting my act together this week to post much.
I am not going to set my goal too high this month. With the doctor saying I only need to do 30 mins, three times a week, but my mind wanting to do a LOT more, I have decided that I will set my goal a little lower than I would like in case I have too many lower days. I don't want to worry about not meeting my goal, even though I know nobody will mind if I don't manage it. I just want to try to not pressure myself more than I usually do anyway.
So, I figured that the LEAST I wanted to do was 40 mins a day, so I've set my goal at 1200 mins. So far I have managed 40 mins on the treadmill on Thursday, 40 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins of laps with the kids on Friday and a 60 min walk with hubby today. If I can do a few 60 min days, then that gives me leeway for 'rest' days if need be.
Personal Goal... 1200 - 160 = 1040 mins left of June's goal
Group Total...896 + 160 = 1056
Great to see some new faces. I hope to be a little more 'regular' with my postings in the future. Maybe it is the cold that is making me a little 'groggier' lately. I just want to sit here and tuck my hands in my sleeves, rather than type anything. Pathetic huh?
