I did it! I did it! I finally got off my hinder and did 65 minutes of Sweating to the Oldies. He's such a ham! The first few minutes are hard for me though with my knees. Once I get going though...watch out. I workout in my basement and being as tall as I am I have to watch out for the rafters. Hit them twice tonight. OUCH!
Well as normal I started the month out roaring, but by the end of the month I'd fizzled out. I did make it to the hour water aerobic class tonight, and managed to do 15 more minutes earlier in the week to that 85 unreported minutes for me.
6877 + 85 = 6962 (someone should doublecheck my math!)
I walked for 20 minutes while watching the Daily Show. I should have been finishing a document for my audit, but I will get that done tomorrow! My new total is 495.
42 mins on treadmill in morning and 30 mins on exercise bike in afternoon. I was REALLY tired in the afternoon, but was still determined to exercise. I think that is one of the things I am MOST proud of - my perserverance (sp?) with exercise. I simply know it is something I have to do, so I get my act together and do it. Mind you - (whispering now) once I get to my target weight, I am thinking that instead of upping my food intake to maintain my weight, I would like to decrease my exercise. I'm not sure that is the best thing to do, but it sounds good at the moment. I really don't mind exercising once I'm doing it, it's just actually starting it when you are tired, that is SO hard to do on some days.
Finished today's exercise (Thursday). 45 mins on treadmill in morning and 35 mins on exercise bike in afternoon. Also walked around the zoo for 90 mins, but that was just an added bonus and not exactly 'power' walking, so I won't count it.

Gotta stay up late tonight to take the visitors to the airport. May have to exercise more to simply stay awake - can't really see me doing that though.
I have 60 min to report from tuesday night. Been kind of MIA since then. My arm has been giving me a hard time but I think I will go walking for a bit tonight and burn some calories
So for my first night at the gym I did 5 minutes on the elliptical, 22 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of muscle training. I can definitely feel it! That makes a total of 57 minutes (man, I should have hung on for another 3 - oh well), which brings my total to 552.
