Wow is it April 30th. already. Well here's my total for April.
My goal was 1000 minutes! Total was 1165 minutes! Group Total: 5854 + 1165 = 7,019 |
30 minutes walking. I'm not giving up on April yet. Going to try to do some yoga and strength training and see if I can't make it to 700 today :)
