I will join here too: I will make a Personal goal of 1000 minutes (That means no skipping my "12 week challenge" classes, walking to and from work every day and it means making alternate workout plans if there is a cancellation)
April 1: 70 minutes (circuit training 12 week challenge, things like weights, cardio intervals, ab excercises + stretches at the end) Walking: Approx 20 minutes {more but I'll guess conservatively} April 2: Walking 15 minutes PG 105/1000 Group Total - 551+105 = 656 |
Got 25 minutes in tonight.
Personal goal: 65/800 Group Total : 25 + 656= 681 minutes |
30 minutes light aerobics
Personal goal: 111/700 Group total: 681 + 30 = 711 |
10 mins of arm curls and arm lifts
10 mins of behind the head lifts 10 mins of push ups 10 mins of situps PG: 165/500 711 + 40= 751 mins |
60 minute Circuit Training (was late missed the first few minutes)

6 minutes cardio salsa (just the warm-up) + 23 minutes strength training + 23 minutes yoga = 52 minutes
