I will join here too: I will make a Personal goal of 1000 minutes (That means no skipping my "12 week challenge" classes, walking to and from work every day and it means making alternate workout plans if there is a cancellation)

April 1:
70 minutes (circuit training 12 week challenge, things like weights, cardio intervals, ab excercises + stretches at the end)
Walking: Approx 20 minutes {more but I'll guess conservatively}

April 2:
Walking 15 minutes

Group Total - 551+105 = 656
