As I am at the end of another 6 week period in my tracking, I'm reporting measurements as of 6/25 - 8 pounds lost since 5/15:
Neck = before 15.5 after 15.25
Left Arm = before 16.75 after 16
Right Arm = before 17.25 after 16.5
Rib Cage (bra band) = before 42.5 after 42
Upper Stomach = before 52 after 48
Waist = before 47.5 after 47
Lower Stomach/Hips = before 57.5 after 56
Left Thigh = before 28 after 26.5
Right Thigh = before 27 after 25
Left Calf = before 17.5 after 17.5
Right Calf = before 17.5 after 17.5
i want to jump in but i don't know how to properly take my measurements.
is there a specific way or is it an individual thing?
for me, i am concerned about my gut and i don't see any measurements for that particular area.

Neck = before 15.25 after 15

Right Arm = before 16.5 after 16.5

Upper Stomach = before 48 after 47
Waist = before 47 after 47
Lower Stomach/Hips = before 56 after 56
Left Thigh = before 26.5 after 26.5
Right Thigh = before 25 after 25
Left Calf = before 17.5 after 17.5
Right Calf = before 17.5 after 17.5
Basically, no changes. At least I havent gained any weight/inches. I have a new resolve for the new 6 week period.
