these are my measurements from march 19 and what they were down from feb 19
waist-49 inches minus 2
hips 58 inches minus 4(seems like a lot..i hope i measured in the same spot i kept redoing this one)

I'm at work right now, so I can't get my measurements here but I'll do them first thing in the am and post - I do my wi's on mondays, but since I just started a new plan yesterday, I want the reference numbers!

I am going out of town in the morning and I was scared I'd get too rushed and forget, so I did my measurements a day early this week. There's not a lot of significant change, but my waist went down a little and that's always nice!

Waist: 41 inches (stayed the same)
RA (Right Arm): 16.5 inches (stayed the same)
LA (Left Arm): 16.5 inches (-1")
RT (Right thigh): 27 inches (+0.5")
LT (Left thigh): 26 inches (+0.5")
RC (Right Calf): 19 inches (+1")
LC (Left Calf): 19 inches (+1")
Hips: 49 inches (stayed the same)
Breast (fullest area): 47 inches (+1")
Breast (Band): 41 inches (stayed the same)
Left Wrist: 6 1/8 inches (- 3/8")
Right Wrist:6.5 inches (+ 1/8")
Neck: 14.5 inches (-0.5")
All in all not too bad considering. Silly water weight. I had a 7lb gain this week despite being POP and having 5 workouts this week! I hate being a girl sometimes. It will be fun to see it disappear as soon as TOM is over. I'm sick with the flu too so I'm just not going to worry about it right now. Good luck with your WI's this week everyone!
