Stomach butt! hahahah LMAO!! Yesterday I was able to get a pair of pants on that I have not been able to fasten in a long time. I still won't wear them yet, because of my "front butt" as we were calling it yesterday. I imagine some people would kill for that nice round poppin' bootie, too bad it's in the FRONT! And the seam of the pants was tight up the middle kinda giving me a camel-toe all the way up to my belly button -- my hubby was laughing with me and we were calling it my belly toe. hahahaha Just disgusting! But ya gotta laugh!
Well, here's one. Last week, in a fit of "get fit" energy, I got some exercise DVD's. One sounded particularly promising, "Yoga for inflexible people." I put it in and got ready to do the exercises in the first set (30 minutes of what seemed pretty simple). So I'm in here in the den doing this yoga, and it's pretty much harder than it looks, but I finish the 30 minutes. Thankfully, the last "pose" is corpse pose, where you get to lie on your back and sort of sink into the floor (love that kind of yoga, LOL). No problem. Except that I suddenly realize I can't flipping get UP because I have pulled muscles in my lower abdomen--just from stretching!!!!!
Can I tell you how out of shape I must be?? I knew I had no stamina yet, but seriously!! My husband came and helped me up and we both stood there and howled with laughter at my getting all the way through and then not being able to move after lying on my back. Goodness. I'm going to skip the yoga for a couple of days and see if I can't pick it back up after I'm not in pain. It hurts to laugh, but I can't really help it--seems so incredibly silly!!

Wow, does ya'lls wii actually do that? that's just wrong! is that a wii fit thing, cause if so, I may rethink gettin one. it will probably just laugh me to scorn!!
