I've been damp lately. Though last night I was dry by 35 calories under my goal! I tell you what-- I have GOT to stay drier, but I'm not going to knock myself out because of it, that's for sure. Just keep trying every day!
dry day here even though we went out for mexican. The chips were near burnt. I was thankful!! I ate less than a 1/4 of my taco salad. I just didnt like a seasoning in it.Came home and was a bit hungry and ate a string cheese and a couple of strawberries. Ready for bed now so I had a great day!!
Dry day yesterday, that makes two weeks dry, and I can finally say I "got it" again, since I stopped trying to be perfect weight loss hero. I have an engagement party later, so my plan is to eat lightly, get my walk in, and save enough calories for a glass of wine in toast.
Goals for this 10:
- Stick to calorie limit
- Walk at least 3-4 days
- Start thinking about a strength training plan
The good news, no real soda. The bad news, I forgot I didn't have my work boots on and kicked something fairly immovable. OUCH! I broke my left big toe. Geesh. Still did a lot of work on the lawn yesterday (much needed) and will do more today (with correct shoes on).
Also did well with protein, but not so hot with vitamins.
My neighbor is going to help me move my shed today, yay! More exercise.
Stayed dry and moved shed and picked up limbs and trunks of 3 trees my neighbor cut down for me. I made sure to push the fluids and came up on top of dehydration!! Seems I'm always teetering on the edge of it after yard work.
The backyard is looking fabulous. I did a whole bunch of work on it 11 years ago when I moved in, but haven't done so much since this past weekend!
Needless to say, I am sore. Kept my owie toe protected in my boots.
Not sure what's up with my body (other than sore), but weight is down. I've been struggling with 6 mysterious pounds that appeared when the weather got warm despite not changing calorie input (perhaps water weight?). Half of those pounds left this past week. Is this what normal people deal with?
Rowing and putting warm towels on the sore muscles!
