Good morning everyone! Finally a few minutes to post
Penny - I hope your week became less stressful
Jacquie - welcome!
Toni - how's the water going? I have days where I drink double what I plan and others where I am struggling at the end of the day to get down my minimum. I've set my minimum relatively low (50 oz a day) in an effort to set myself up for success.
cyn - did you bowl "big balls" or "little balls"? (little balls = candlepin which is popular here). I have found that I don't like bowling on a league, but I do like to go occasionally (DH's family are big time bowlers) and I love bowling on the Wii. We have Wii parties every once in awhile and bowling seems to be the most popular game.
HilaryAnee: "nd I could tell I had been doing more exercising because I could walk around and not get winded like before!" what a great NSA!
Annie - I'm sorry things didn't work out at the other job, great that you were able to get back in at Netflix though. And great job getting back on track this week!
Debi - what fun with moving out all those too big clothes! Has the grandbaby come yet? Sorry that you haven't been feeling well. There have been a lot of sinus issues here too the last couple of weeks. Not fun
dfmama - you are doing awesome! woohoo!
Sorry that so many are up on the scale. I am fighting it myself. I have been getting forgetful about food, not planning as much. I find right now that I am actually eating less b/c work has been so busy, but it scares me to think that I could just as easily be eating more. Staying mindful while I'm busy/stressed is something I need to work at. I ate more yesterday than I have been in an effort to let my body know that I'm not starving it and I hope it will help get the scale moving in the right direction again. PMS is just around the corner which is worse than TOM for me.
Realist - do you have a celebration/reward in mind for when you hit the 50 lbs mark? I've been designing a tattoo (my first) that I probably won't get til after Christmas, but I'm having fun designing it! Oh, and how did the haircut turn out?
Ratkity - great news about the knee!
Carol - I'm so glad that things went so well with the new trainer! I bought an eball last year. I was so afraid of popping it that I bought one that will supposedly collapse slowly if popped!
Catherine - my DH if very hot blooded except his feet - he came close to frostbite when on a training exercise in the military and now I am his footwarmer in the winter! And, disc golf is fun! I haven't played in ages.
Mimi - congrats!
Debbie - yay that the scale is moving the other way, great job with the exercise - hmm preplanning exercise just like food, interesting idea, maybe that would help me too.
Bunny - yay for you!
