Walked on the treadmill for 35 mins did 1.5 miles! I used incline as well as ran in spurts for 60 seconds a few times. I was going to just walk 30 mins.....but was listening to my audiobook and decided to finish that track of the story which gave me an extra 2 1/2 mins.....so I thought I'm at 1.25 miles....might as well try to make it 1.5 I even ran the last .10 of it! Was nice.....I felt great.....
Did the Denise Austin Blast Away the pounds 1mile 15mins it was really good and easy! I think I will buy this dvd since I borrowed it from the library!!! Figured I would try to surpass my personal total.....I will walk tomorrow night and monday to add some more time!

Went to the park yesterday and today with my dog. Yesterday it was raining and snowing so we didn't last long!
10(yesterday)+75(today)=85+255=355/300!! Personal
ok so I went to walmart and picked up Leslie S.'s Walk at Home....similar to Denise Austin.....it is the 3mile version....it breaks after 1st & 2nd miles.......so I did one mile and KEPT up!!!

My monthly goals changed with the new strength training program. I'm happy with the overall number (although if I'd thought about it I would have done 20 mins on Saturday just to hit the total). Originally I had set: Treadmill - 1860, Weights - 480, Others - 270 (Total - 2610)
I ended up doing: Treadmill - 2130, Weights - 375, Others - 45 (Total - 2550)
Well, I managed to make my goal this month, despite a few (more than I would have liked) days when I had things on from very early to very late, or when I was too hormonal (emotional, tired, etc) to excercise.
Personal Goal... 1270/1200 - putting me 70 mins OVER my goal.
