I'm just starting and I just paid rent, so I won't have a gym membership until Friday! Until then I will be walking outdoors and stretching (not counting stretching in the minutes).
I'm setting a goal for 800 minutes this month and I hope to surpass it!
ok I will Jump in on this bandwagon! I will shoot for 400....since this is the first month I will be tracking as well as starting exercise! I may reevaluate my goal midmonth!
